Kuwait-Mubasher: Automated Systems will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on 5 June to consider capital raise and the dividends proposed for the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2015.

The EGM will discuss increasing the capital to KWD 7.5 million from 5 million, through bonus shares.

The OGM will consider distributing 50% bonus shares of the paid-up, with a total of 25.025 million shares.
